Investing in Our Beliefs

Building a company that thrives on different perspectives and varied backgrounds means looking beyond today and into the future. To attract and retain top-level talent, we’ve taken a number of steps to promote and encourage diversity, including to:

  • Partner with select diversity-serving colleges and universities;
  • Sponsor internship programs for students of diverse backgrounds;
  • Implement diversity advisory groups;
  • Look at policies, practices, benefits, and other systems and programs that can help reinforce a respectful and supportive work environment; and
  • Take a major corporate leadership role to reach out and support the communities we live and work in.
